1. Introduction

Welcome to Nepmen. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nepmen website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, "Nepmen," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Nepmen, a financial education organization located at 9 Pedu Road, Cape Coast, Ghana. "You" and "your" refer to you, as a user of our Services.

3. Services Description

Nepmen provides educational services related to debt management, financial literacy, and responsible spending. Our services include workshops, webinars, educational materials, and consultations. We do not provide financial advice that is specific to your individual circumstances, and our educational content should not be considered a substitute for professional financial advice.

4. User Accounts

Some of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to update this information as necessary to keep it accurate and current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter is inaccurate or misleading.

5. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Nepmen, a Nepmen employee, or another user
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services
• Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Services for any purpose
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Nepmen, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

8. Fees and Payment

Some of our Services may be offered for a fee. By selecting a paid Service, you agree to pay the fees associated with that Service. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processors and are subject to their terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If we change our prices for a service you have already paid for, the change will not affect your current subscription until its renewal date.

9. Refund Policy

Our refund policy for workshops, webinars, and other paid services is as follows:

• Cancellation 14 or more days before the event: Full refund
• Cancellation 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund

For digital products, due to their nature, no refunds will be provided once access has been granted. However, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if you experience significant technical issues that prevent access to the content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEPMEN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be secure or available at any particular time or location. The information contained in the Services is for general information purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Services or the information contained therein.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL NEPMEN, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nepmen, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third-party, or us.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to the new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
